Pattysmiths launched its way onto the premium burger scene in 2018 with two stores in Melbourne, Victoria. The concept was inspired by the funky New York grill rooms and bars, and aims to deliver on the united craving for a truly great burger experience. Burger lovers want more than the current mainstream options and are in search of better burger experiences, and Pattysmiths is on a mission to deliver just that! We have adopted simple principals in the way we do business and cook our burgers – Always make it amazing, use only quality ingredients, offer freshly made to order meals and deliver fast, friendly service at all times.

“Beneath every great bun, is an even greater Patty” The Pattysmiths story is one of commitment, and like a blacksmith or silversmith, a Pattysmith is an artisan, obsessed with sourcing and using the finest premium ingredients to handcraft and create the ultimate burger experience. Each Patty is carefully handcrafted using a premium blend of Wagyu and Angus beef and are always made fresh, never frozen. They are then hand smashed and grilled with the perfect sear to create a tender flavourful patty with a dark golden crust, which is lovingly sandwiched between layers of 100% fresh Aussie ingredients and signature sauces.
