Entrepreneurs&Co. is a community event where like-minded people come together to connect, collaborate and learn from the best entrepreneurs in Australia and across the globe.
Last month’s event (where we discussed the success stories of top LaunchVic grant recepients) was a cracker with a full house at Space&Co! To follow that up, Entrepreneurs&Co. is focusing this upcoming event on Intrapreneurs & Innovation with speakers who have truly made a name for themselves in this arena!
The high profile speakers include:
- Pen Lewin (Corporate Entrepreneur at Microsoft)
- Daniel Stiffe (National Director at Space&Co. – GPT Group)
- Jeanette Cheah (Channel Development Manager for ANZ Group Innovation)
- Nick Rakis (Innovation Manager – Australia Post)
Penelope Lewin is a Corporate Entrepreneur, her creative and Innovative approach is now helping to accelerate the growth of the Cloud Productivity business at Microsoft in the Asia Timezone. She is currently engaged in helping customers transform their businesses and take advantage of the massive incremental affect that cloud productivity can provide on the modern workforce. Pen Lewin’s long history at Microsoft transforming the Licensing Sales Business for Australia, working in the productivity business prior and most recently running Sales Excellence for the Enterprise and Partner Group has meant her senior leadership roles have given her a strong affinity with the demands of what our customers are seeking to achieve in their own business transformation today. Businesses today want to optimise their resources and they want increase productivity from their workforce, they want to get closer to their customers and take advantage of the digital age, Pen is helping customer’s achieve this.
Beyond Microsoft Pen is an Angel investor in female founded technology start ups through Scale Investors and devotes time with Community groups through her Children’s schools and sporting associations.
Daniel is the Space&Co. Managing Director. He resides in Sydney however, spends a lot of time in Melbourne keeping an eye on the Curators. He was previously an accountant meaning he loves to whip up an excel spreadsheet or 5. He is approachable and knowledgeable when it comes to Space&Co.
Daniel spends his time outside of the world of Space&Co. with his family having a laugh making memories, playing soccer and spending time with his friends. His favourite thing about Space&Co. is the creative side of it, seeing ideas come into fruition is the most rewarding part.
Jeanette is Channel Development Manager for ANZ Group Innovation, managing the proposition and pipeline for some of ANZ’s newest digital products. Before this, she spent over 13 years in marketing, product development and strategy – deep in the belly of corporate Australia.
More recently, Jeanette has been exploring entrepreneurship as co-founder of The Hacker Exchange – a skills and internship service connecting Aussie uni students to opportunities in San Francisco, creator of the Gingerbread Demolition charity initiative, and Melbourne Ambassador for the women of #LMBDW (look it up!).
Qualified in sociology, economics and marketing, Jeanette is an experienced speaker, mentor and facilitator – and loves to help elevate a great idea to the next level. When she’s not hunting for Melbourne’s newest food experience, you can find Jeanette trying to win her cat’s affection, or tweeting about terrible ad campaigns to no one in particular.
